I really liked the pics, but the follow up on ordering and receiving them SUCKS! I called to track an order that had been placed 10 business days prior and all I was told was that it is being processed.

What the *** does that mean?? So, the jist of this is "sit and wait, when it gets there is when it gets there".

I would have loved to have the pic as part of her graduate table, but I have to take a loss on this one. They can't tell you where in the process your order is, can't tell you a delivery date, and don't offer expediting services...in this day and time....WTF!!!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Conversations with customer service was reassuring.

I didn't like: That there were no options to expedite processing or shipping.
