Tried to contact Prestige. Put on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up and trying "Live online Chat".

Waited some more only to be told I have to contact Customer Support by phone. This company sucks. Very expensive with horrible photo layout. I would not recommend this photo company to any young High School senior's parents.

What posses a photography firm to cut the top of the subjects head out of the picture? Why would the photography company take the risk to make such a blunder ? There must be no inspection or oversight on the division of this company that makes the final "layout of photos.

Very disappointed with the product particularly given the very high prices that this company charges. This is obviously the issue with not having competition in this market space.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Very high prices and poor quality, Being overcharged for poor product.
