Customer service rep/s are extremely rude. Senior portrait proofs are ridiculously marked with the proof stamp, many of which are stamped right over the face of the party being photographed, not allowing one to see the true picture due to the face being blocked by the proof.

When I called to inquire I was told it's a template that they add to all pictures and there is no way of removing. Told I'm not the first to complain, you'd think at this point it would be corrected.

As a result, I will most likely NOT be ordering photos, since they are difficult to see.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
