Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. called customer service , they were willing to help and got the pictures retouched maybe a little too much and only 2 of my 14 digital were retouched and badly done.
my prints were all; retouched with the same issues of teeth being way to white.
they were very nice and understanding and sent me to a supervisor that noticed how badly done the pictures were retouched and said I will receive another order in up to 14 days with all the fixes. will report back if they anymore issues
This year, I had another senior (the blonde), so I thought these would be just as good. They were far from it. There was a delay in getting the pictures taken as the assigned person did not show up. The assigned substitute was nice but she seemed to be in a rush.
Her whole session was completed in 10 minutes. I observed another girl with another photographer who was taking more time to pose her and ensuring her hair was right in every take. That session took well over 20 minutes. I paid for cap and gown pictures as well, yet her photographer did not bother to adjust her hair between the shots.
I had to step in and do what I could (I did not expect to be that mom). She did not pose her best for the photos resulting in all headshots, except one. The angles were wrong (double chins were included, and she doesn't even have a double chin - not pictured). The half smiles made her look as if she had weird lips, and the wrong side angles exposed a missing tooth.
I wasn't sure why they didn't stick to the good side. Despite these imperfections, we ended up ordering her pictures from the best we could find because she is due to have her braces put back on next week and we didn't want the braces in her pictures. I assumed that the retouches would improve the images, so I paid an extra $25.00 for teeth whitening and blemish removal as she had a giant zit on her left chin area, which was very noticeable. We got the digitals that were supposed to have these issues corrected.
There was no teeth whitening at all. The giant pimple was still front and center in every photo. Her pictures were blurry (think glamour shots from the '90s vibes). If that blur was to hide the zit and whiten the teeth, it did not work.
Not to mention the curtain at the bottom right of the body shot picture, which was noticeable on my computer screen. Was I supposed to crop this myself? I'm actually very disappointed this time around. Just to remind you, the pictures below are the best of the bunch.
My daughter is a very pretty girl and these pictures do not do her any kind of justice. I could tell she was disappointed but didn't want to complain because that's not her style. I've also included a picture of my last senior (dark hair) to demonstrate the quality difference. This was the same school, same location, same picture company.
It was a hit or miss situation. (I do have a third senior who graduated 4 years ago, and her pictures were also very well done – not pictured).

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They agreed to do retakes for me.
The photographer is rude and didn't give a heads up before snapping pics, so I wasn't smiling in the first one and of course, for some reason, that's the one he chose, so thanks to prestige, I hate my senior photos :)

0 stars. We spent money and time getting our daughter's hair and makeup done for her Senior portrait session.
The photographer even shared the pics he had taken with us on his camera before we left. They were gorgeous. A month goes by and we hear nothing. When I reached out to inquire when I was getting the link with the proofs to order pics, I was told I would get it the next day.
The next day, instead, what I got was an email telling me that they LOST her photos due to an "upload error". I am guessing that had I not reached out, they would have not contacted me AT ALL. They offered to give us a complimentary makeup session for portraits. That's all.
They just expected us to pay for hair and makeup all over again and take another day out of our schedules to get this all done again. No apologies. Nothing more. I wrote them back and asked me a full refund for the session fee we had already paid and told them our daughter would just do the makeup session at school.
They never replied to me. My husband called and got nowhere with them either.
It is really unfortunate that our schools give this company their business. Honestly, I would expect better from Williamson County Schools.
I am writing this just to save other parents their time and money. Do not bother using Prestige Portraits unless you are into throwing you time and money away.

This company is a joke! First of all, we had an appointment but still waited over an hour past our time.
I have two older kids who graduated previously, but fortunately, it wasn't this company the schools used. Everyone working, except for one female photographer, was nice. The rest didn't care about their jobs. They were rude.
My daughter complained to me that a male photographer was not nice and gave her an attitude because he was rushing her, and she couldn't move fast enough, I suppose. What the *** Excuse me, you made us wait for over an hour, probably two. They don't even look like they're professionals to begin with. We got our proofs and, obviously, it's my child, so I like them but for the price?!
Uh, no thanks. I can hire a better, nicer photographer to take her pictures. I just hired a photographer for my son's college pictures last year and, even though it was digital copies, I paid so much less than what they charge on their site. School pictures for $400?
Yeah, okay, lol. They emailed a coupon, but when I checked their site, they raised the prices to $50, so the coupon was basically useless, and they're trying to get at least $15 more from the original price. What a rip-off!!! I have no idea why this school chose this company when there are others they can use.
You can keep my child's pictures. We will retake them somewhere else.

The prices are ridiculous. You pay to get your pictures, then pay 4-10x more to get prints (cost them cents to print) and nearly $500 for digital downloads (costing them nothing).
My photographer did not care for me at all.
She didn't take pictures with my props the way I asked and rushed through the whole process. My mom didn't care if I smiled with teeth- I hate my smile with teeth- and she was making conversation with me to take pictures of me as I was talking. My mouth looks ridiculous, and I wasn't even smiling.
And they chose to include those photos, rather than the hundreds of other smiling ones I took.
They have no idea how to pose with instruments or sports equipment. She grabbed my bow hair and
told me to hold it upside down.

About my sons graduation photos
The photo quality is the poorest I've ever purchased. The actual photos I've received has a white stripe on bottom of the photos with my sons name and some code.
I've contacted Alyssa O. who is the acting supervisor for life touch studios (Prestige Portraits) and she informed me that the white stripes on the bottom of the photos are if I wanted to reorder a specific photo, but not all of them had it. But if I have an order number with
Prestige portraits, then why does the actual final photos have these? Some were professionally cut and some looked as though someone had cut them with a dull scissor, and they had frayed edges.
I paid for professional and high quality graduation photos of my son, instead I got very poor quality photos and cuts.
I am very disappointed in the customer service she has provided, and I will never purchase from this studio or recommend to anyone. Thank you for your "excellent" customer service.

Worst experience ever they decided to take walk-ins over people with appointments and therefore my appointment never got taken care of I came in at 3:40 and at 6 they told me I had to leave and they couldnt take them today. I told the lady I have livestock I need to feed at 5 and she promised they would get me done before then.
*** Dont let people with appointments go first. There were so many empty booths that they could have used. Also letting people take their special photos before people with yearbook then turning them away Wtf ?!?? Would rather not have a yearbook picture then deal with these people.
Im going back today, but I have a funny feeling that I will be turned away once again. This is *** ridiculous.

My order was placed on 3/2/24. It is now 5/9/24 and I still haven't received my seniors' photos!!
I have contacted supervisors and the only response I can get is that they will resend them and they are sorry. They could not guarantee me when I would receive the next package and she graduates in 2 weeks. The website clearly states they would guarantee a 2/3 week turnaround and it has been 3 months!!!
They offered me a 10% refund which is NOTHING compared to the money I will have to spend to order her new photos to put in her invitations. This was HORRIBLE business!!!

This company is severely overpriced. I paid for the second most expensive package however I also wanted to get digital copies of all the proofs.
That's available for an additional 479.00 on top of the 449.00 (less a 25% discount) I already purchased. Seriously, 479.00 for the digital copies on top of the package. That's not good business.
The pictures are fine, but I've spent way less elsewhere for comparable quality photos. Would NOT recommend.

For reasons I am not aware of, our school decided to go with Prestige Photography instead of the one they have used for years. Based on the timing of when we were told what company will handle the senior pictures, all photo shoots had to occur during school with just the yearbook picture and no actual photo shoot with wardrobe changes.
Because of this, parents did not attend the session which was scheduled in 10-15 minute increments. The photographer provided a necklace that did not flow well and did not note this observation to my daughter during the session. This showed in the proofs and the necklace looked like it had been stored balled up. Although I should not have been required to pay, I requested custom retouching for the necklace to be corrected.
When the portraits were delivered, there was no change. I had to again pay a fee, in this case for the return shipping fee. I spoke to customer service about the issue with the necklace and was told the necklace could be photoshopped. Again, the pictures delivered still looked the same.
In my view, they simply placed my returned pictures in a new envelope and sent them back to me. I dont have good quality pictures and am being told that the fix to the necklace is unsuccessful and I will have to return them and get a refund. My daughter does not plan to retake pictures so I dont know what we will do now. What professional photography business cannot photoshop???
Im upset because the photographer could clearly see there was an issue with the necklace and had he/she mentioned it to my daughter, she could have worn the necklace I sent with her to the photo session and we wouldnt have this issue at all. Highly disappointed!
Order not received
My order should have been delivered yesterday and I never received it. When tracking it shows delivered but I never received anything. Need help chat not working

I ordered the smallest amount of pictures on April 30 and did not receive them for my daughter's party last week or graduation this past Saturday. Customer service is almost impossible to navigate, and they only offered to refund shipping.
I cancelled my order because it wasn't worth the time or aggravation to pay for something I didn't receive when I needed it and may not receive. I'm very upset to not have these pictures. They really weren't very good either, but there were two we liked and wanted.
It took two 30-minute phone calls and two chats to get a refund. I would have rather had the pictures, but didn't want to wait another month and have to call again.

The Carson in California location is the worst location to take your students senior pictures. They are so unprepared and this is simply because of the manager who runs this location.
They only care about making money and not giving you the best experience of your students last senior photos. They cut budgets by having poor lighting, props that are old and out dated and back drops that aren't the proper size for full body shots. I was greated with lots of excuses. The lady who checked me in kept questioning why I was getting the ultimate package and said that this is a poor community and she was surprised that I could afford the ultimate package.
She made a comment that I was making them do more work because I ordered an extra sitting. Don't go to the Carson location, They will only make your student's senior pictured a horrible experience.
I tried reaching out to them and I basically They will ignore you and do nothing to correct their mistakes. The carson location never sent my son's senior yearbook photo to his school location.

The customer service for Prestige is absolutely awful and upsetting. You cannot reach anyone and when you finally do reach somebody by chat, they cant help you and they cut you off.
Theres no contact with anyone about trying to receive a digital copy after already buying a full package. Prestige wants you to buy a $400 package if you already bought a package to get a digital copy.its a racket!!!
