Prestige Portraits - Yikes

Yikes! Let me start off by saying pictures were beautiful but damn what the heck are the prices to order pictures. Some people struggle with money problems but it seems as they don't care about that. I regret spending $20 on my session because I am unable to order pictures that I want to have memories of.

I offered to buy my grandson's senior picture. His mother is a single mom so I thought I would handle this. To my surprise, after receiving many e-mails and then getting post cards in the mail, I thought this is really ridiculous. I just forgot about the order and I...

Prestige Portraits - Copyright Release

I spent over $130.00 for 3 pictures because I could not afford any more. When I received the pictures I took them to get copies for Christmas for the family. I was told I needed the copyright release form to get my sons pictures. When I called Prestige they told me they keep the rights for 2 years!!! Now I’m not able to give my family my sons senior pictures. Not happy at all!!!

Service mediocre at best.Final product (pose, lighting and image quality) slightly above amateur. I think most professional photographers would be embarrassed to even show what the final product looked like. Prices...? ASTRONOMICAL!!! Simply hard to believe they have a...

I contacted Prestige Portraits to see if the background could be changed and they said it could for a fee of $60!!!! They can keep their crappy pictures, as I will go to a local photographer that truly cares if my child's portraits are a reflection of them. I am sure...

Rip off!Misleading parents to purchase overpriced photos is just shameful! $40 dollars for a "sitting fee" but presents the information as if you are actually purchasing the pictures. Then you are instructed to "choose your photo" online only to find out that you never...

I paid a small sitting fee, and asked the photographer for a picture with my son in cap and gown, so I could just get a small package-that usually costs 50-60 dollars, and when I went to order after seeing proofs, the packages started at 170 and went up to 570!What are...
