Prestige Portraits - Hanging up on clients!

The photo rep at Vista Parkway in West Palm Beach Fl. was rude and arrogant while chanting sarcastic remarks and also lied about the business hours. Then there was dial tone in my ear. I never had such poor customer in my entire life.

Customer service in ny location is nonexistent. I called california and got help from them. 4 years of photos by life touch 1 out of 8 orders were correct. Wrong packages,wrong background etc. They are very good at back peddling for customer satisfaction. .but come on just get it correct the first time.
