After complaining to the BBB, the company called me. They still couldn't find my missing photo, but at least offered a partial refund for the high priced photo CD I did purchase.

Prestige "lost" one of my college senior portraits that I'll never get back. It was the last shot holding my school's sign.

I had no other photos from the shoot holding up KU's sign. So upsetting. When I called to inquire about it, I was told "we'll look in to it" & days later I get a voicemail basically saying, no photo & that's that. No caring.

Not even a discount offered. Greedy, insensitive staff I wish I had a choice of businesses to choose, what a monopoly! ............ ..............
