From the card mailed to our home with an assigned "sitting time" during AP exams to trying to reschedule the entire experience was a nightmare. Everyone was so unprofessional.
It was like being tortured. After four attempts we finally got an appointment, and then were made to wait 45 minutes for 10 minutes of pictures which were bland. Since my daughter has to get the picture to have for her yearbook, we didn't have a choice but to allow ourselves to be subjected to the rude treatment we received.
I know I won't buy anything from these people- even if it means not having a senior picture to commemorate her graduation. Why can't high schools find someone else to use?!?!
