West palm Beach Fl office is so unprofessional they rush the seniors and pictures taken with no light , I was told my child didn’t need a like and only one background basic white with the standard package . Be when I made the appointment I was told he would have up to 4 background and need 1 outfit and yearbook and cap and gown was included and the fee was $20 when I got their the kids that paid for standard was treated differently because they was scheduled close to closing not being satisfied with pictures because the staff was tied and ready to leave we didn’t sign out like others that’s told discrimination and I will follow up with local news stations to make parents aware of how some seniors are treated this is suppose a happy memory for them not unpleasant!!! Prestige your staff sucks and need to greet everyone and treat people with respect !!!

Prestige was in charge of my daughter's school's senior pictures; her proffs finally arrived after I called prestige several times in mid September; they were taken in mid July.

What should they have done... put your daughter in front of everyone else waiting for pictures?
And if she chose to leave, how could they take her pictures? Hence the comment.
